Company Director and Clinical Lead

Matt Taylor spent many years as the senior physiotherapist for London Irish Rugby Club, he also has international rugby experience having worked as the principle physiotherapist to the Samoan Rugby Union for the Rugby World Cup 2011. Matt is a HPC registered chartered physiotherapist qualifying with a BSc (Hons) from the University of East Anglia in 2004.

Matt started his physio career in the NHS, but due to a desire to specialise in sports specific physiotherapy and travel, he embarked on a career move to New Zealand for 5 years, where he worked and managed busy private practice clinics and more specifically worked with an array of NZ elite teams including National League Basketball, Super Rugby, Sevens Rugby, NZ Swimming, Provincial, National and International teams.

Matt is passionate about getting you back to where you want to be, whether your focus is returning to work, sport or activity following surgery or injury, he will guide you completely.

Matt is a member of the Chartered Society of Physiotherapy (CSP), Acupuncture Association of Chartered Physiotherapists (AACP) and the Association of Chartered Physiotherapists in Sports Medicine (ACPSM)

Orthotic Clinical Lead

Nick Galloghy works as the Orthotic Clinical Lead for the Royal Berkshire Hospital. He has built up close ties with the orthopaedic consultants, local GP's and physiotherapists. Nick is part of the medical team for GB rowing and the London Irish Rugby teams for the past three years and was the on-call Orthotist for the 2015 Rugby world cup. He provides clinical support to the Reading FC academy and Bath Rugby as-well as many other professional and semi-professional athletes.

Nick has a keen interest in lower limb biomechanics both in the treatment of musculoskeletal and neuro-muscular conditions in adults and children. He has a research interest in the identification and conservative management of tibialis posterior tendon dysfunction in primary care. He is a guest lecturer for the University of Salford and is a clinical educator.

Nick qualified as a medical mechanical engineer from Dublin in 2004, which focused on the medical application of biomechanics. He then qualified from the University of Salford with honours in Prosthetics and Orthotics, which involved rotations at Nottingham City Hospital and the Robert Jones and Angus Hunt Hospital. In 2014 attained a Master’s Degree in Clinical Biomechanics from Staffordshire University.
